Investigation Ongoing In Houston Male's Death

Awaiting autopsy results in the death of a man at 12303 Bellaire early in December, the Houston Police Department is still investigating the case.  

Before his death the male was seen breaking into a vehicle in the parking lot of a shopping center on Bellaire Blvd. With several other friends, the owner of the vehicle forcibly detained the man until officers arrived. The police arrived and took the man into custody.

But as the male was being taken into custody, he collapsed and was found to be unresponsive. HFD was called to the scene and pronounced the male dead. The identity and cause of death of the deceased male are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
